October Fundraiser
Everyone is affected by cancer one way or another, whether you’re fighting it right now or won your battle, know someone who is or has fought the battle or is part of those unfortunate ones who have lost loved ones to it.
With October being breast cancer awareness month, I wanted to do a little something i havent done in 10yrs. So through this month, I’m doing a fundraiser for cancer and donating all the proceeds.
Designs can be found on my instagram page @ellie.d.tattoo and will start at the price marked and can go up if done bigger.
These will be for arms, legs or shoulder blades only
Colours can all be changed or designs can be done black and grey.
Since I’m doing it on my own with no sponsors and covering all supplies out of pocket, i will be keeping 40$ for each tattoo to cover supplies and time and the rest will be donated.
To make it easier to keep everything sorted, a 40$ e-transfer deposit will be required to book and the balance will be CASH ONLY.

Referral discount
I will now offer a discount to any existing clients who send new clients my way. Once the referral has booked and left a deposit, you will be getting the equivalent of half the amount of their deposits off your next tattoo. Therefore, if the person you send my way leaves a 100$, you will get a 50$ discount off your next piece.
FAQs
When do you work?
I work Tuesday through Saturday and the 1st Sunday of every month. I usually start my day around 10-10:30am and usually finish work by 5-6pm.
Where are you located?
Apricity Tattoo is located at 525 Highland Rd. W in Kitchener, On. We are located in unit 15 and our entrance is situated at the back of the building, next to Hakim Optical.
What are your rates?
Since each piece will be custom designed for each client, the quote will be determined by the size, placement and complexity of the design. I offer hourly rates when doing multiple session projects and charge 150$/ hour. For flash pieces requiring multiple sessions, I charge 120$/hour. I also offer a full day rate (7-8hrs) for 900$.

How can I pay on my appointment day?
I take cash or e-transfer for payments.
How do deposits work?
A deposit is required to set up an appt for your tattoo and can be left by e-transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards your tattoo on the appt day. If you need to move or postpone your appt, you will need to give 3 days notice or your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. Deposits are 50$ for tattoos quoted at 250$ or less, 100$ for tattoos quoted between 260$ and 400$ and 150$ for tattoos quoted over 400$. When booking for a full day session (8hrs or more), a 200$ deposit will be required.
Can I get a sketch without an appt booked?
I unfortunately will not be offering sketches without a tattoo appointment booked. I will be focusing my time on drawing for people who are committed to getting their tattoo projects done.
What’s your favourite thing to tattoo?
I really enjoy flowers and bugs, especially when done in colour. I also love doing skulls with nature elements, like floral, greenery or mushrooms and will also have a blast with anime, cartoon and disney pieces.
What areas of the body won’t you tattoo?
I will not tattoo faces or male genitalia/asses. I will only tattoo feet in the summer and when the weather allows for open shoes/ flip flops. I will only be accepting projects on hands or top of the fingers, head, throat or neck if I have worked with you before and have a lot of visible tattoos already.
How old do I have to be to book with you?
To book an appointment with me, you have to be at least 18 years old. I will not be tattooing anyone under that age even with the consent of a parent or a legal gardian.
Do you take walk-ins
I do! But since our shop works by appts, I take walk-ins a little differently. Simply follow me on instagram and keep an eye out for stories about same day availability. If i post about having free time that day, just send a DM to claim the spot. No deposits will be required for these.
